Laila Hasanovic, model and girlfriend of German driver Mick Schumacher, is one of the few people outside the famous family who is allowed to visit his father Michael Schumacher.
In the 11 years since F1 legend Michael Schumacher’s life was changed forever in a horrific alpine skiing accident, his closest family have been so adept at guarding his privacy that he has not made a single public appearance since that fateful day in December 2013.
As the German Bild writes, Laila Hasanovic is one of the few people who has access to the legendary driver, and they point out that she has been in a relationship with 25-year-old Mick for 18 months. They also state that Laila was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), but Laila was born in Denmark and is originally from Srebrenica.
Bild also reports that members of the Schumacher family are fascinated by the model, who is involved in family activities every day and often hangs out with Mick’s mother Corinna.
They point out that Laila’s involvement in family activities is a sign that they are ready to be more open to the media. Namely, Laila is very popular on social networks, and more than 300,000 profiles follow her on Instagram.
She started her modeling career at the age of 16 when she did an Instagram campaign for the Daniel Wellington watch brand. In addition, Laila was also a finalist in the Miss Universe 2019 competition.
