novalicPremier of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Fadil Novalić believes that the solution about the changes to the law on excise duties will be known in the following weeks.

After the second joint session of the governments of the entities in Banja Luka, Novalić told reporters that this is a matter for the Council of Ministers, but that he believes in the solution and that they will talk about this issue extensively.

On the joint session, it is concluded that every six months, and at least once a year this type of sessions will be held regarding the discussion on the measures for quality of life of citizens of the FBiH and RS.

Moreover, Novalic specified that they will discuss the common problems and will work on the harmonization of laws, in order for the entities not to be a competition by disharmonized law and to retain the common market.

“These meetings address issues of citizens’ lives and also affect the relaxation of the tense political situation,”, premiere Fadil Novalić concluded.
