Lecture on Japanese Cinema at the Academy of Scenic Arts in Sarajevo

japanska kinematografijaThe lecture “Introduction to Japanese cinema” in the period after 1960 of the last century, and its socio-historical context, titled ‘Haunted freedom: Japanese authors after 1960‘ will be held on Saturday, the 12th October, at 17 pm, at the Academy of Scenic Arts (Obala) in Sarajevo.

Director Faruk Lončarević, docent on the subject ‘Development of film types‘ at the Academy of Scenic Arts in Sarajevo, will hold the lecture.

 The film of the same period ‘Double suicide‘ (1969) with16 mm projector will be screened after the lecture.

The lecture will be held in English and the film is shown in Japanese with English subtitles. The entrance is free.
