Twelve years old boy Faruk Lemes from Visoko lost the battle with severe illness. On the Facebook page “Let’s help Faruk Lemes to heal from leukemia”, it was announced that Faruk died on Monday morning.

The boy has been treated since the end of 2015. After the first treatment, his illness returned in November 2017. Since hematopoietic treatment in Sarajevo did not make results, Faruk traveled to Turkey with his family where bone marrow transplantation was performed.

Unfortunately, the disease has returned in half of January.

“The doctors worked hard to cure him, but the great great heart of Faruk could not withstand, and in recent days he was in a coma. Thanks to all those who were with us in these difficult moments and helped us.

More details will be posted later on, “it was published on Facebook.
