Lumiwings no longer sells Tickets from Tuzla to Six European Destinations

A very strange thing is happening with Lumiwings in Tuzla. The company is still selling flights only on the flight to Maastricht on February 20, and after that for all 6 destinations from Tuzla (Esbjerg, Hamstad, Istanbul, Maastricht, Saarbrucken and Stockholm) tickets cannot be purchased.

The page either says “sold out” (which is not possible, especially not for the whole month and a half) or “no flights were found”.

Unofficial information was circulated that it was about technical maintenance of the site and that it would be up and running on Monday, but that did not happen.

Finally, Lumiwings continues to sell tickets from Foggia to all destinations in February and March as normal.

This means either that Lumiwings is withdrawing from Tuzla or there are problems with the sales system, writes Zamaaero. And if it is the latter, it is extremely unacceptable, since potential travelers cannot buy tickets that are only for 2 or more days. And then it should not be surprising why the load factor on these flights is so low.

Tuzla Airport Director Dževad Halilčević told Zamaaero that they are in constant contact with the company and that it is an error in the sales system. Halicevic said that they are in a truly constant fight for the survival of the lines, a fight for every passenger, and that they are trying to find ways with Lumiwings to keep flights from the summer flight schedule, and even increase the number of lines and frequencies.

Haličević believes that Lumiwings will not leave Tuzla even after the summer flight schedule, let alone now, but says that, unfortunately, today they can no longer be sure of anything.

He claims that tickets are still sold through agencies and airport sales services, although they are not sold through the Lumiwings website.
