On 7th January 2020, COMEUFOR, Major General Reinhard Trischak, made an inaugural visit to Bosnia-Herzegovina’s Minister of Security, Fahrudin Radoncic, at the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, Sarajevo, following his recent appointment to the Council of Ministers of BiH.
During the courtesy call Minister Radoncic and General Trischak acknowledged the good level of cooperation that exists between EUFOR and the Law Enforcement Agencies, committing to maintain this cooperation in the future. They also discussed the migrant crisis and the area of Information Exchange, which was assessed to be of a good level.
Minister Radoncic stated that the Ministry of Security intends to support EUFOR with exercises, such as Exercise Quick Response 19, which took place in October 2019.
