Today, the opposition organized protests against the city’s leadership in the capital of Albania, Tirana, and at one point everything turned violent.

According to the Albanian media, first a smoke bomb was thrown in front of the city administration building, and then the protesters broke through the police cordon.

At one point, someone from the crowd threw a Molotov cocktail, after which the entrance door to the Tirana municipality building was on fire.

The police had to intervene to prevent the protesters from storming the building.

Before that, protesters threw red paint, diapers and apples at the building.

As can be seen in the videos, numerous police forces are present on the field.
