Marathon Runner Mahir Mujic “sells Kilometers” to help little Dalal

Marathon runner and great humanitarian Mahir Mujic will run 200 kilometers from Sarajevo to Banja Luka.

This Sarajevan is planning to start his race from Sarajevo on July 4, and he should arrive to Banja Luka on July 7, just in time for a great protest for David Dragicevic and Dzenan Memic, young men who are no longer with us and whose families are requesting truth and justice.

Mujic will sell these kilometres to help the medical treatment of one-year-old girl Dalal Omerovic from Bihac, who needs bone marrow transplantation.

“I will sell these 200 kilometers to help little Dalal Omerovic, a girl with the most severe type of leukaemia. It is risky, but I’m going on my own responsibility,” said this young man.

He noted that his goal is to collect at least 10,000 BAM and that he expects a great response.

“I feel the need to do something for Dalal. Every 100 meters will be sold for 5 BAM and the price of a kilometre will be 50 BAM. I opened a banking account in agreement with the parents of little Dalal on this occasion,” stated Mahir Mujic.

Everyone who would like to assist in this humanitarian action from BiH can make their payment in the following way:
