In March Average Salary of 826 BAM

kmThe average net salary in Bosnia-Herzegovina in March was 826 BAM and it is nominally higher by 0.8 percent compared to March last year. In addition, when compared to December 2013 it is nominally lower by 1.4 percent.

According to the Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the lowest average net salary was in hospitality and amounted 516 BAM.  Additionally, average net salary was in construction and administrative and auxiliary services industry amounted 546 BAM and in the manufacturing industry 575 BAM.

In March, in the financial and insurance activities, the average net salary was 1337. In the production and supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning was 1289 BAM and in the sector of information and communication was 1.210 BAM.

The average monthly gross salary in Bosnia-Herzegovina in March was 1282 BAM and compared to the March last year it was nominally higher by 0.3 percent. However, it represents the nominal decrease of 2.1 percent compared to December 2013.
