Marija Šestić and DrAmmar Project held a great concert in Sarajevo

šestićFirst concert of the third Sarajevo Sevdah Fest, the concert of Marija Šestić and DrAmmar Project was held last night in the Bosnian Cultural Centre in Sarajevo, reports Fena.

They started with the emotional performance of sevdalinka and made the night for all visitor very special.

DrAmmar project and Marija Šestić are the idea and the project of Amar Češljar, a musician from Sarajevo. Guitar player Muris Varajić, accordion player Elvis Bečar, clarinet player Meho Radović and bass player Almir Nezić performed with Šestić and Češljar as well.

The audience awarded them with great applaud for their performance of some of the oldest sevdalinkas with the jazz influence.

Šestić thanked the audience, and added she enjoyed at Sarajevo Sevdah Festival and Češljar thanked everyone and said he hopes the audience felt their emotions during their performance.

The first night of Sarajevo Sevdah Festival promises that nights to follow will also be great, said the Sarajevo Sevdah Festival.
