ivo komsic 2Mayor of Sarajevo Ivo Komšić presented Medallion of the City of Sarajevo to Prime Minister of Perak Province in Malaysia Diraj Zambry Abd Kadir today, as symbol of gratitude for supporting development of economy, trade and entrepreneurship and encouraging investment environment in Sarajevo, BiH and the region.

The ceremony was held within signing of Protocol on establishing Malaysian-Bosnian Business Council, which is result of agreement from the 5th international Sarajevo Business Forum, which was held in May this year.

”I am honored to have an opportunity as a Mayor of Sarajevo to witness establishment of Malaysian-Bosnian Business Council. At this difficult time, it is encouraging to know that Sarajevo and BiH have many important and influential friends who are ready and willing to get Sarajevo back on regional, and BiH on economic and business map of Europe and the world,” emphasized Mayor Komšić.

Thanking Mayor Komšić and the City of Sarajevo for this friendly gesture, Prime Minister Kadir officially invited for Sarajevo and the capital city of Perak Province, Ipoh, to fraternize.
