Innovations of the members of the B&H Association of Innovators at the 11th International Exhibition of Inventions ”Arca” which was held in Zagreb, were awarded with three medals and one special award ”Medal of Fame” of the World Federation of Inventor Organizations (IFIA).
The President of IFIA Andraš Vedreš chose the innovation of the Sarajevo dentist Nedžad Muftić among 159 innovations from ten countries.
It is about the implant of dental cement, which is incorporated into the tooth cavity, and about the special needles that make canals into the implant and in this way extending the natural tooth canals. Thus, the dentist has easier access to narrow canals and easier work on the treatment of the tooth root.
Meliha Klopić from Cazin won the the silver medal for waxing foam, which a few days ago received the first prize of the EU Delegation to B&H in the contest for youth innovations.
The veterinarian Sanel Alagić from Bugojno won the bronze medal for the probes that easily and quickly draws objects jammed in the esophagus of large and small ruminants.
