The Meeting at the Headquarters of the Agency for Police Support of BiH

meetingIn the headquarters of the Police Support Agency of BiH yesterday was held a meeting on the topic of full implementation of the Law on Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies and Agencies for Support to Police Structure of BiH.

Director of the Police Support, Husein Nanic, presented the previous work of the Agency, and introduced new ideas and projects that will be realized in the future.

The results of the activities and achieved cooperation of the Agency for police support and police authorities of BiH, which was established on the basis of the aforementioned Law, show that the current activities of the institution significantly contribute to the work of the police authorities of BiH.

Numerous projects in the field of IT technology were realized, drafting of regulations, as well as the successful completion of procurement of equipment and weapons for the police authorities of BiH, which clearly indicates the advantages of mutual work of institutions within the Ministry of Security, and that this type of action should be continued and expanded.

Participants of the meeting discussed the modalities of the full implementation of the Law on the directorate for coordination of police bodies and agencies for support of police structure of BiH in the coming period, especially considering the provisions that are regulating the jurisdiction of the Agency for police support of BiH in the proceedings of joint public procurement.

After the discussion, participants of the meeting expressed their commitment to the realization of future joint activities, and gave their full support to this initiative of the Agency for police support of BiH.
