Young BiH writer, Meliha Avdić have recently published a novel called ‘Just Another Life’ for English readers, and she has plenty of other ideas for new books, reports FENA.

The novel talks about love and it is very much connected with BiH, it also talks about after-life, in a very philosophical manner.

The book has more than 450 pages and it is written in a form of dialogue, because as Avdić puts it, ancient Greeks talked about such issues in the form of a dialogue, and she just changed the style to adapt it to 21st century.

She added that her book is going to be published in the UK too, and that the recent critics are quite positive.

Avdić said that she always liked to read and write, and that in her family the book and writing were always very precious.

She added in her family her grandpa, mother and aunt always loved to read and write , and she noted that the book have been the most beautiful part of her childhood adding that the books are a symbols of peace and love.

She admits that she has many ideas for the future and one of the novels is already done ‘Waltz with Aphrodite’, which talks about love, all sorts of love

She also plans to write two other novels ‘Notes for the Underground” – London Style’ and ‘Girl of the Feather-Spear’.

She also has several stories for children that need to be illustrated

Meliha Avdić was born in Zenica, and moved to the UK with her mother and younger brother, where she studied economy, and says that both economy and writing are great loves of her life.
