The Center for Healthy Aging of the Municipality of Centar Sarajevo held the Doors Open Days and sales exhibition of works created on the creative workshops in the center.
Members of the art workshops, recycling section, decoupage section, work on aluminum foil and medicinal herbs presented their works.
Visitors had the opportunity to learn about the activities of the center, and choose something for themselves from the exhibited works. Revenues from the sale will be used to purchase materials for the continuation of creative workshops and starting new ones.
Besides the members of the Center for Healthy Aging, a chance to present their works also got members of the association of women for rural development, sustainable return, reintegration and re-socialization of returnees “Zvijezda Vares”.
“Our members are very happy to have the opportunity to present their work. Guests from Vares are here to present themselves and their work as well, but also to exchange experiences with our members. I must also note that we have a great support of the Municipality of Centar, and I am pleased that they are actively working on the opening of another center like this,” said the coordinator of the Center for Healthy Aging, Varja Nikolic.
