In the incident with firearms, which took place last night around 21:25 in the family house of S.M. in the Dolača settlement of Zenica, the minor M.A. (2007) suffered serious and life-threatening injuries, is confirmed to Fena news agency by the operational officer on duty of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Zenica-Doboj Canton.

A boy, he said, was wounded by a friend and the son of the owner of the house, S. V., also a minor, by clumsily handling a rifle (2007).

“According to the information we have collected so far, the boys found a rifle somewhere during the day, from which S.V. fired a shot in the room, which bounced off the wall and wounded M.A. in the back. He was transported to the Zenica Cantonal Hospital and afterwards, due to the severity of his injuries, and to Sarajevo. M.A. was operated on in Sarajevo, and the injuries are severe and life-threatening,” said the operative officer of the MUP ZDK on duty.

The investigation was carried out by members of the Criminal Police Department of the MUP of the ZDK, and the investigation into the incident continues.
