Today, the Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, Zeljko Komsic, convened a session which was not attended by Milorad Dodik.

As Klix.ba finds out, at today’s extraordinary session, a decision was adopted approving the holding of the military exercise “Immediate Response”.

“At today’s session, the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina approved the holding of the Exercise ‘EUFOR-Rapid Response 2021’, based on a letter sent by the Commander of the European Union Force (EUFOR), Major General Alexander Platzer,” the BiH Presidency said.

They add that this regular annual EUFOR exercise is being held in accordance with the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Annex 1-A and the Agreement on the Military Aspects of a Peace Settlement.

“The EUFOR Immediate Response 2021 exercise will be held from 13 September 2021 to 3 October 2021 in the southern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The member of the Presidency of BiH from the Republika Srpska entity did not participate in the decision-making and it was adopted by a majority vote, “the Presidency of BiH said.

We remind that after the imposition of the law on the prohibition of genocide denial, which was imposed by the former High Representative Valentin Inzko, Dodik announced that he would not participate in the sessions of the Presidency of BiH.
