Members of BiH Presidency speak with the US Officials

Members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina spoke yesterday, in separate meetings, with the Assistant Secretary of State for Defense Mara Karlin and the Senior Advisor to the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs of the United States of America, Derek Chollet.

At the meeting with the Assistant Secretary of State for Defense, members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina informed the interlocutor about the security situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and other relevant topics.

On this occasion, the members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina expressed their commitment to the further improvement of bilateral relations with the United States of America, including cooperation in the field of security, the Presidency of BiH announced.

During the meeting with Derek Chollet, Senior Advisor to the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, the current political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region was discussed in light of the global situation.

At the meeting, the importance of the timely implementation of the election results was highlighted, in order to deal with socio-economic challenges as effectively as possible, according to the press release.
