Members of FPA found Stolen Items worth almost 1.6 million BAM

Police officers of the Federal Police Administration carried out operational measures and actions within their jurisdiction under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, and in cooperation with police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republika Srpska, the East Sarajevo Police.

As part of the above activities, pursuant to the Order of the Municipal Court in Mostar, searches were carried out of the immovable property of the suspect in the area of ​​East Novo Sarajevo, and on that occasion, the items requested by the order were found with a total value of approximately 1,600,000.00 BAM.

As stated in the statement, the case was primarily formed based on an oral report submitted by the injured party to police officers of the Federal Police Administration, and refers to items that were stolen from the warehouse of a legal entity in Mostar, due to suspicion that the injured legal entity was damaged in the specified amount on that occasion.

One person was questioned as a suspect due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of committing the criminal offense of “Concealing” under Article 300 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH, and a Report on the committed criminal offense and perpetrator will be submitted to the competent Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton against that person.

Police officers of the Federal Police Administration continue to work on the aforementioned case.
