Members of SIPA Won Soccer Tournament of Charity Tournament “Play for Life”

sipa-181Members of the Special Support Unit of SIPA participated in a charity tournament called “Igraj za život”, which was held on 6 May at the Olympic Hall “Juan Antonio Samranch” Complex Zetra. It was sponsored by the British Embassy to BIH and non-profit organization “Otvorena mreža”.

Two teams of the Irish Guard and the BiH Armed Forces participated in the tournament, and members of EUFOR, SIPA, Embassy of Great Britain and “Otvorena mreža”. Members of SIPA won first place.

“I thank the organizers for the invitation and support that we had during the tournament, noting that in the coming period we will gladly again hold similar events’’, said the Commander of the JSP SIPA Mirsad Vilić.

SIPA said that participants and spectators of the tournament had the opportunity to give charitable donations and money that would be fully paid for the needs of the users of the NGO ”Otvorena mreža”.
