Memorial for the first minor Martyr built at Bradina

memorial konjic3For the first deceased minor voluntary soldier of the Army of RBiH, Adis Hadzajlija, was built monument in Bradina near Konjic.

The monument was built by the members of the “Minor ARBiH Volunteers of Konjic”.

President of the Association, Kemal Duracic, said that by gathering information about the fallen underage volunteers of the Army of RBiH in Konjic, they have come to conclusion that Adis Hadzajlija was the first minor martyr. On that basis, there was an unanimous decision on raising a memorial to his name.

“A great credit in the entire project has to be given to the Mayor Emir Bubalo, who granted a place where the monument was built, as well as Mirza Kevric who designed the memorial for the first minor martyr in Konjic,” said Duracic.

They got a location from the Municipality of Konjic near the High School Konjic, in order to raise another memorial for 21 deceased minor volunteer of the Army of RBiH in the municipality of Konjic, in the period from 1992 to 1995.

Commander of the 4th Muslim Brigade Nezim ef. Halilovic Muderris addressed the attendees, as well as local imam from a settlement Sunji.

memorial konjic2The monument for the first minor martyr of the municipality of Konjic, Adis Hadzajlija, was revealed by his family members. Besides numerous citizens of Konjic, members of the association and government representatives, the ceremony was attended by numerous comrades of Adis from Hadzici, Sarajevo and other cities in BiH.
