Danijel Miličević, mid-fielder in the FC Gent, originally comes from B&H but spent most of his time in Switzerland.
“I am originally from Ugljevik. Whenever I have some free time, I come to B&H. I visit my country two or three times a year.” – said the footballer of Gent for Klix.ba.
Earlier he was playing for youth selections of Switzerland, but he never debuted for the A team of B&H. He would like to wear B&H’s jersey soon.
“My BH passport has expired, but I plan to renew it soon. If the new selector shows an interest in me, I would be very glad to play. Ervin Zukanović told me a lot about the team. I am glad he is doing an excellent job in Chievo.” – added Miličević.
Gent completed the autumn part of the season in the Jupiter league at 4th place with 34 points.
“I am satisfied, we are playing a high – quality football. It’s just… I think we should have more points…” – added Miličević.
