Military Partnership Coordination Workshop 2013

Military Partnership Coordination Workshop 2013 which is organised by Military Partnership Directorate (MPD) of the Allied Operation Command (AOC) of NATO will be held from 18 to 22 March in Sarajevo, and the host of the workshop is Ministry of Defence of BIH.

The intention of MPD is to gather all those responsible for military partnership of International HQ of NATO, NATO command structure on strategic and operative level and partner from all programs of partnership ( Partnership for Peace, Mediterranean Dialogue, Istanbul Cooperation Initiative and World Partners) in order to discuss current and future engagement with partners in future.

The workshop will be attended by head of Military Partnership HQ of AOC major General Sandor Fucsku, deputy commander of Allied Transformation Command general Mieczyslaw Bieniek, as well as number of generals from NATO.

This event will offer a great opportunity for partner countries to express their national interest, priority and needs in the years to come so that NATO could define what kind of support and help each country needs.

Around 150 participants from 27 partner countries, representatives of all NATO Commands and ten NATO Schools will participate at this meeting.
