Mine ”Sase” realized exploitation plan for this year

Mine of lead and zinc ”Sase” in Srebrenica has realized exploitation plan of 240 000 tons of crude ore for this year, and for the next they plan an increase in exploitation by 40 000 tons, said the technical manager of the mine Aleksandar Petrić.

Petrić said that the increase in exploitation in the next year will lead to opening 30 more new jobs.

Petrić added that in this year they hired 58 new workers.

‘’In this year, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Culture of the RS, we did a program of vocational training for the mining profession,  and several secondary schools in RS received the licence for educating pupils ’’, said Petricć

Petrić said that in this year for the purchase of equipment and the modernization of laboratories four million BAM was invested.
