Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia to visit BiH

Sergey Lavrov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, will be paying a visit to Banja Luka on September 17, as announced by Milorad Dodik, the President of the entity of the RS.

According to Dodik, Lavrov will attend the consecration of the foundation for the construction of a “Russian-Serbian center” that will be constructed in Banja Luka together with the leadership of the RS and representatives of the Serbian and Russian Orthodox Church.

Dodik recalled that the Government of the RS allocated a total of 3 million BAM for the construction of this center, which will include religious object and premises for cultural manifestations.

“This is an opportunity for us to confirm the important friendship that we have with the Russian Federation,” noted Dodik and invited everyone to gather in Banja Luka that day.
