Minister of Justice of B&H Received at a Farewell Visit the Ambassador of Kuwait

barisa-colak-498Minister of Justice of B&H Bariša Čolak received today at a farewell visit the Ambassador of Kuwait to B&H Mohammad Fadel Khalaf.

It was discusses about the current issues in B&H and in the Middle East, with emphasis on the cooperation between the two countries in the sector of the mutual legal assistance.

Interlocutors welcomed the recent signing of the Protocol on the cooperation between the Ministry of Justice B&H and the Ministry of Justice of the State of Kuwait, particularly in terms of modernization and harmonization of the judicial system in accordance with international conventions.

The participants of the meeting expressed their desire to improve future cooperation between B&H and the State of Kuwait through two new international agreements, which regulate legal assistance in civil and criminal matters for which has already started the initiative of the Ministers of Justice of the two countries, was announced from the Ministry of Justice of B&H.
