Ministers from the Arab League and Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) landed in Moscow on Tuesday to continue international talks on the situation in Gaza.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov hosted a meeting with the delegation led by Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan.
The committee kicked off its tour in China on Monday, where it met with China’s top diplomat Wang Yi. Talks focused on ending the hostilities and allowing humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.
The ministers were assigned to conduct talks about the situation in Gaza by the Arab-Islamic Summit that Saudi Arabia hosted on November 11.
The summit was held in light of the ongoing Israel-Hamas war that came in response to the October 7 attacks when Hamas militants stormed across the Israeli border, Al Arabiya reports.
