Ministry of Interior: Two Algerians arrested on Suspicion of Murder

Police officers from the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of the Interior determined, under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office, that the migrant that was found on Wedensday in the area of Ilidza was murdered by an unidentified person.

Intensively continuing further work in connection with this crime, the police officers of the Police Directorate identified, found and arrested two citizens of Algeria, also migrants, on suspicion of having committed the said crime “murder”.

The arrested Algerians were placed in official detention facilities, and after the criminal investigation is completed during the day, the police officers of the Police Directorate will hand them over to the acting prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Sarajevo Canton, the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton stated in the press release.
