mladen_ivanicThe candidate of the opposition’s Alliance for Change, for the BiH Presidency member from RS is Mladen Ivanić, the president of PDP.

The leader of SDS Mladen Bosić said that six members of this alliance stood united behind Ivanić, and the president of SNS Jovan Hadži Mitrović left today’s meeting of the opposition just before the announcing of the candidates’ names.

“We are convinced that, in competition with Željka Cvijanović, Ivanić will most certainly be a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina,” said Bosić confident in the victory of the alliance in the upcoming elections.

Ivanić said that the Alliance for Change is committed to overthrow the current regime in RS and for the situation to change in the entity after the October elections.

NDP leader Dragan Čavić is also confident in the victory and said that their candidates can take victory against the other political bloc of candidates in RS.

A candidate for President of RS, as it was previously announced is Ognjen Tadić, vice president of SDS.
