The Federal Hydrometeorological Institute (FHMZ) announced that the next ten days of this month will be caracterised by unstable weather in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“It will be changeable cloudy with occasional rain, sometimes with more abundant downpour followed by thunder. There will be sunny periods. The most hours of sunshine are expected on Saturday (May 18)”, stated the FHMZ.

Air temperatures for the weekend will rise slightly, and from Monday, May 20, they will drop by two to three degrees.

The minimum air temperature will vary between 9 and 14 in Bosnia, in the south of Herzegovina up to 18 degrees. The highest daily temperatures in Bosnia are between 20 and 25, in the south of the country up to 28 degrees Celsius.

“In the last week of May, more stable weather is forecast. Low to moderate cloudiness will cause more pronounced freshness in the morning hours. During the day, despite more hours of sunshine, the maximum temperatures should be lower compared to the period of the year we are in,” stated the FHMZ.

The morning temperature is mostly between 6 and 11 in Bosnia, in the south of the country up to 15 degrees. The highest daily temperature in Bosnia is from 16 to 22, in Herzegovina up to 25 degrees Celsius.
