Government of HNK ensured 410 new scholarships for in the academic year 2012/2013 for students who are eligible to receive the scholarship.
With this, the Government of HNK wants to send a message that it’s willing to invest in knowledge because it is a very good long term investment. The procedure was headed by the Ministry of Education, and they took into account the social status of the student. The amount of scholarships was reduced in order to raise the number of students who’ll receive them.
Prime minister of HNK Denis Lasić said: ” I hope that in the period to come, we’ll be able to increase the amount of scholarship and include even more students.”
