As of today, the Mostar International Airport is connected by a regular flight to the Italian city of Forli near Bologna.

The flights will be operated by the airline company AeroItalia, and departures from Mostar are scheduled every Tuesday and Friday at 9:10 a.m.

Flights are planned until October 24 this year with an ATR72 aircraft with a capacity of 68 seats,” said Nedeljko Ćorić, head of the Commercial Sector of the Mostar Airport.

When it comes to the connection between Mostar Airport and Zagreb, Ćorić pointed out that negotiations are underway with a company from the neighborhood with which they should soon sign a contract.

“The flights should start at the beginning of May, so we will have a regular connection to Zagreb. Our goal is to connect Mostar with all European destinations via Zagreb,” he noted.

According to Ćorić, there is also an agreement with several other companies related to charter flights from Italy, Ireland and several other countries, which the public will be informed about when they proceed to sign the contract.

Last year, a total of 10,911 passengers were serviced by the Mostar Airport with 209 operations (flights), it was confirmed earlier for FENA from the airport.
