From Sunday morning, the town on Neretva river is connected with German’s city of Dusseldorf, and will soon be linked to Stuttgart.

Flights to Dusseldorf will take place once a week, and from the beginning of June to Stuttgart will fly twice a week.

Mostar Airport’s Director Marin Raspudic repeated that the line survival depends on the citizens themselves, that is, their possible use of the airport.

Half of the passengers so far were from diaspora, while the rest were mostly pilgrims who visit Medugorje Christian shrine.

The lines for Germany are certain until autumn, and will continue if there is enough interest.

Passengers praised the plane they flew today, saying it is more comfortable and bigger than the previous ones.

Flights to Dusseldorf will take place every Sunday at 10:15 am, and to Stuttgart on Wednesdays at 4:00 pm and Saturday at 3:25 pm.
