Mostar should get two residential buildings in the upcoming period, one on the coast of Neretva River, and the other near the Orthodox Church with a beautiful view of the city. The facilities known as “Belvedere” and “Cesar’s Residence” are bringing a new concept of life that is defined by the phrase “people here does not just live, they live well”.

“The concept of residential construction is spread all over the world, and it is applied to several projects in Sarajevo in our country. Today’s way of life simply does not leave a lot of time to a businessman to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. These projects will be realized in the city center of Mostar. They offer the opportunity to enjoy some great contents besides luxurious apartments, and some of those contents include garages, swimming pools, fitness, backyard, etc,” said Edin Batlak, director of Agency Plus from Mostar.

“I believe that you can see that Belvedere immediately reminds on a beautiful view from several zones to Mostar, while Cesar’s Residence reminds on a high standard of living near the water. There is no difference between the quality and comfort when it comes to these two projects, the only thing that is different is their position, i.e. location,” he noted.

The project “Cesar’s Residence” will be realized by the investor Cesars Ltd. Mostar, led by the director Mehmet Ince.

“This building is located in Lacina Street in the settlement Carina, halfway between the Musala Square and the Customs Bridge, on the coast of Neretva River. It is only two to three minutes away from the city center. This object will include six floors, of which two basement floors, a ground floor, two upper floors and attic. There will be 2 swimming pools in the basement, a sauna, fitness room and a storage space. There is space for relaxation, sunbathing, fishing on Neretva etc.,” as noted from the agency.

“The project Belvedere will be realized by investors Kenan Bajramovic and Djenan Demirovic at the very beginning of the settlement Bjelusine in Partizanski put Street. It is around 30 meters away from the main road M-17, which will provide very quick and simple connection with all the contents offered in the city. Residents of this complex will only need a few minutes of walk to get to the Old Bridge. The location of the building offers a wonderful panoramic view of the entire city of Mostar, which is a real privilege”, said Baltak.

“Belvedere has a total of six floors, a basement with a garage with around 12 parking spaces, and another basement with swimming pool, sauna and fitness room,” said Batlak, and noted that they expect the completion of construction works on this facility to take place in the month of February next year.
