Music schools from Sarajevo and Friedrichshafen held a joint concert

classical-music-2Joint concert of music high schools from Sarajevo and Friedrichshafen, marking 10 years of cooperation of two schools, was held last night in House of Armed Forces of BIH in Sarajevo. Deputy mayors of Sarajevo Ranko Čović and Friedrichshafen Peter Hauswald greeted the audience.

Čović welcomed everyone and said that he’s proud on the friendship of two cities that started in 1972, and lasts for 40 years.

Hauswald said that young people of Friedrichshafen have the opportunity to personally fell all the joys of travelling to Sarajevo, which is the oldest partner city of Friedrichshafen.

Twenty two students and four professors of High Music School from Friedrichshafen are in four day visit to Sarajevo and after last night concert the delegation of Friedrichshafen will visit Sarajevo Canton Chamber of Commerce, First Grammar School, Goethe Institute, DZ ‘Omer Maslić’ while the students and professors will visit Olympic mountains and later they’ll have a concert in the retirement home in Nedžarići.
