National Theatre Sarajevo-‘The Lady of the Camellias’ Ballet on Tuesday

dama_sa_kamelijamaAt the National Theatre Sarajevo, the ballet ‘The Lady of the Camellias’ will take place. It is a ballet in two acts and seven images according to the novel by Alexandre Dumas, and the choreography was done by Vasilij Medvedev from Russia.

With soloists and an ensemble ballet, students of the music high school in the department of ballet will perform, along with the Sarajevo Philharmonic, directed by Samra Gulamović. Tamara Ljubičić will have the title role of Margareta.

The Lady of the Camellias (1848) was originally written as a novel, and was later turned into a play and adopted to stage performances. This play will take place tomorrow at 19:30.
