NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg to meet with BiH Officials in Sarajevo

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg arrived in Bosnia and Herzegovina on November 19.

On the first day of the visit, Stoltenberg had a working dinner with members of the BiH Presidency, and on the second day, he will hold a meeting with the High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt, as well as with the Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Borjana Krišto.

Stoltenberg will also visit the NATO headquarters in Sarajevo and have meetings with military leaders and representatives of the international community.

In addition to BiH, Stoltenberg will visit Kosovo, Serbia and North Macedonia.

In Kosovo, he will talk with President Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Albin Kurti. He will also visit the KFOR NATO camp, where he will meet with KFOR Commander Major General Ulutash and address the troops.

On Tuesday, November 21, the Secretary General will be in Belgrade. He will have meetings with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, and the Prime Minister, Ana Brnabić.

Later that day, Mr. Stoltenberg will travel to the Republic of North Macedonia to meet with President Stevo Pendarovski and Prime Minister Dimitar Kovačevski. The Secretary General will also meet with the Speaker of the Assembly of North Macedonia, Talat Dzaferi, and give a speech in the Parliament.

On Wednesday, November 22, the Secretary General will participate in a meeting with allied leaders from the region. Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama, President of Croatia Zoran Milanović, Prime Minister of Montenegro Milojko Spajić and Prime Minister of Slovenia Robert Golob were invited to attend.
