BH National team player and the member of YBC Spars, Nedim Buza, performed recently for the Team of the World in a match of Nike Hoop Summit against young American players. The Team of the World won with the result of 103:101, and Buza scored 6 points.
This year, the World Select Team has been joined by Nedim Buza (200cm, KK Spars Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Stefan Peno (192 cm, BC Barcelona and the National team of Serbia).
“It was an exciting game and I am glad that I had an opportunity to be part of this team, and I am especially glad that we won. I already heard a lot about the Nike Hoop Summit, about its history and players that are there for years, and I am proud to be a part of that history. I know I can give more of myself in the game and that there are things that I was not able to do today, but this game didn’t have a goal to show what we can individually, but what we can as a team, and that is to win“ said Nedim Buza after the game and added:
“What I will never forget are people i met and friendships I made, and what is the most important, experiences I gained“.
