Negotiations for 180 million EUR worth Loan to start soon?

The Council of Ministers of BiH accepted the initiative of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury and appointed a delegation for negotiations with the aim of conclusion of the Loan Agreement for the project Corridor 5C between BiH and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, whose value is estimated at 180 million EUR.

The funds will be used for the construction of three new sections of Corridor 5C, and these are 5.1 km long section between Poprikusa and Nemila, about two kilometres long tunnel Ivan, and about 8.7 kilometers long motorway between the loop Mostar South and the tunnel Kvanj. This makes a total of 15.8 kilometers of road.

The repayment period is 15 years, with a four-year grace period, with the allocation on the FBiH.
