The People’s European Alliance of Bosnia and Herzegovina(NES BiH) reacted to the statement of Defense Minister Zukan Helez about the export of weapons from the barracks in Bihacand said that the data available to them says something different compared to the minister’s statements.

Una-Sana Canton (USC) Prime Minister Mustafa Ruznic (NES) emphasized that the export of old weapons had previously been agreed, but that the data showed something completely different.

“Mr. Helez, thank you for confirming that weapons are being exported. The problem is that the export of old weapons was agreed, and something is being exported that is not in the contract. These data and tables say something else. Don’t mix things up. It’s not a drink. Let’s call a spade a spade. Thank you for confirming that weapons are being exported, said Ruznic.

He also said that the people of Krajina are not poor (”kokuzi”)and will take certain steps.

“The problem is that the export of old weapons was agreed upon, and something is being exported that is not in the contract. How did we get these ‘Russian’ weapons? How do we explain to the families of the best sons, who laid down their lives to get these weapons? We from Krajina are not poor. We will buy back what we captured with blood,” Ruznic‘s statement concluded.

To recall, Minister Helez explained the whole situation with the export of weapons.

“Only a fool can write something like that in the middle of the day, that weapons are being illegally transferred from the barracks to Croatia,” Helez noted.

The reason for the transfer of weapons is the court’s order that the old sales contract, from 25 years ago, should finally be implemented.

“It was bought by the company Skout in 1998, long before me, and after that an annex was made to the contract with SelmoCikotic when he was a minister. We submitted it to the court and the court confirmed that we must give it. Expert Berko Zecevicdetermined exactly what it should be so that something that is not needed is not accidentally taken,” Helez said, Klix.ba reports.
