New Cases of Coronavirus Infection in Bosnia and Herzegovina

In the past 24 hours, 1.604 samples were registered with the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH, of which 296 were positive for SARS-CoV-2. New cases have been registered in all cantons in the Federation of BiH.

A total of 167.509 samples have been tested so far, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 19.205 individuals, Fena news agency reports.

In the past 24 hours, five new deaths were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH.

As of today, the total number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 574, the Institute of Public Health of the Federation of BiH announced.

In Republika Srpska, 633 laboratory samples were tested in the last 24 hours, and coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was confirmed in 155 people. So far, a total of 318 people have died in that BiH entity.

The total number of hospitalized is 183, in the University Clinical Center RS 59, and in general hospitals 124. In the RS, 3,800 people are currently under health supervision.
