New Cases of COVID-19 and New Deaths recorded in Sarajevo

In the last 24 hours, 388 samples were processed in Sarajevo Canton, and 41 were positive for coronavirus. As of yesterday, two people have died and 64 have recovered, the Canton Sarajevo Public Health Institute said.

Samples were collected from January 7 to January 10.

The number of hospitalized this morning is 138. Of these, 87 are at the Clinical Centre University Sarajevo and Podhrastovi, and 51 at the General Hospital “Prim. Dr. Abdulah Nakas”.

There are seven patients on the respirator, and in the previous 24 hours, 17 people were discharged from hospital treatment.

Currently, 910 cases are active in Sarajevo Canton, and 981 people are in self-isolation based on the Inspection Decision following the recommendation of the Ministry of Health of CS.
