The Turkish giant SunExpress has started selling tickets from Sarajevo. To recall, this is one of the three companies that received subsidies from the Canton of Sarajevo (CS) for the establishment of flights from the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH).
The other two are Rynair and Wizz Air, and a new invitation has been issued, which is expected to establish flights to Scandinavia.
SunExpress will fly to Antalya and Izmir.
According to the published schedule, flights to Antalya start on March 3rd and will be operated twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays. Flights to Izmir start from April 21st also on Thursdays and Sundays.
It is, therefore, about two lines for two cities, which means that Sarajevo gets four additional weekly flights to Turkey.
SunExpress is a Turkish low-cost airline that is jointly owned by Turkish Airlines and Germany’s Lufthansa, Radio Sarajevo reports.
