rmu_kakanjA contract on the procurement of trucks for the needs of the open pit Vrtlište in RMU Kakanj will be signed in Sarajevo today by the Director of the mine Mirsad Jašarspahić and the Director of the company of Premar Services AG from Switzerland Boro Katanić.

The signing of the contract will be attended by the General Director of JP Elektroprivred BiH Elvedin Grabovica and the Executive Director for Production Senad Sarajlić, and the value of the investment is 8,4 billion BAM.

To replace the existing obsolete equipment from the mine Vrtlište, except dumper trucks, JP Elektroprivreda BiH obtained the electrohydraulic dredge 10m3, while they are in the process of obtaining the bulldozer 300-350 kW.

The new machinery will allow for an increase and equalization of capacity for lading, transportation and disposal of reactive mass, which would be ensured by one of the preconditions for the realization of the planned coal production in the coming period, announced the press office of the JPEPBiK.
