New Investment of Elektroprivreda B&H: Mining Machines in Kakanj and Breza

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAAn agreement on the purchase of two machines AM-50z-w for the arrangement of the mine facilities in “Kakanj” and “Breza” will be signed today in Sarajevo at the Directorate of Elektroprivreda B&H.

The total value of this investment is 2.5 million BAM.

With the machines for the construction of roadway areas, a conveyor for reloading, accompanying compact low-voltage distribution with power cord, spare parts and tools required for assembly and maintenance of machines will be obtained. The expected effects of investment in the purchase of machinery for the construction of roadway areas is increased productivity, continuity of production of roadways and a significant improvement in the humanization of work in the mines “Kakanj” and “Breza”.

Elektroprivreda B&H, in the process of recapitalization of RMU “Kakanj”, will invest 66.9 million BAM and for the RMU “Breza” 32.5 million BAM, announced the Service for Communication of EPB&H.

The procurement contracts for the mining machines will be signed by Mirsad Jašarspahić, director of RMU “Kakanj”, Suad Ćosić, director of  RMU “Breza” and by Tadeusz Kopiec, on behalf of the company REMAG S.A. Katowice, Poland.
