President of Greek Parliament Meimerakis in B&H Tomorrow: ‘Historical Thessaloniki Agenda is Alive’

PREDSJEDNIK GRÈKOG PARLAMENTA MEIMERAKIS SUTRA U BiH: "HISTORIJSKA SOLUNSKA AGENDA JE ŽIVA"The President of the Greek Parliament Evangelos Meimerakis will come to B&H tomorrow. His host in Sarajevo will be the Chairman of the B&H Parliamentary Assembly Denis Bećirović, who led a delegation of the Parliamentary Assembly on a visit to Greece two months ago.

In an interview for Fena, Meimerakis said that 2013 could be characterized as a year in the improvement of relations between B&H and Greece.

‘’I had the pleasure and honor to host Chairman of the House of Representatives of the B&H Parliamentary Assembly Denis Bećirović in Athens in October. I spoke with him about the ways in which to develop our cooperation. I am pleased to be able to reciprocate the visit with the invitation from Chairman Bećirović’’, said the President of the Greek Parliament Evangelos Meimerakis.

From 1 January 2014, Greece will take over the EU Presidency for six months.
