Projekat 2In the center of Sarajevo, where the current marketplace Sirano is situated, a new development may soon be built. The structure would include green areas on each floor and on the roof.

Recently, in the premises of the Sarajevo Municipality Center, a public hearing on the issues of the project “Quadrant Sirano-The site of Sirano” was held. In general, the main problem which was addressed is that of the demolition of buildings located on the site of the market Sirano and the construction of a new commercial and residential space with an underground public garage.

Projekat BiHThis unique building project in BiH has been designed by the Bosnian architect Adnan Omerović. The building will have a total of seven levels and two underground garages.

On the second floor, there will be a floating green garden and on the top there will be a green garden and a viewing point. In the area around the building fountains and green spaces are planned to be built as well.

“The green areas will function for all citizens, and will be designed as a city park. A space for children, as well as a special section for recreational activities are planned as well. The total building area is 12.000 square meters. In the basement there will be a planned space for the market Sirano. Two levels will be built as the business section, while the other levels will be residential” the Exclusive company announced.
The building could be built in a year and a half.
