New Residential Complex worth 20 million BAM to be built in Zenica

residental complex ZenicaThe building of the residential complex “Makovi“ startsin Zenica in March, as confirmed by Vedina Babahmetovic, the architect of the project from the company Entasis Zenica for ekapija.ba.

The total area of the complex is 22.000 m2 and is consisted of 8 objects that will be built successively. Planned deadline for the completion of the complex is three years.

Building of objects A and B starts in March 2015, and moving in is planned for March 2016. Complex is consisted of 300 apartments with different structure and size, from 25 m2 to 100 m2“, explains Babahmetovic.

Within the complex there will be half-opened garage with the area of 1.500 m2.

Apartments are with the flexible disposition with fixed installation nodes and opened organizations characteristic for young people.

“All apartments have terraces or balconies, large glass openings and properly used orientation, so we can classify the project as energy efficient“ said Babahmetovic, explaining that at higher floors there are two-story dwellings, and architecture of the block that forms relaxing inner courtyard and the traffic that remains outside the block, are urban new for  Zenica.

Investors and the performer of the complex is the consortium consisted of three companies: Almy Zenica, Arel Zenica and Grading KGM Zenica. The designer is “Entasis“ Zenica architecture) and Grading KGM Zenica (construction and installations).

The value of the investment is 20 million BAM.
