The Gadzun family from Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), who a few years ago suffered the unimaginable loss of their daughter Dzena, is once again facing a difficult life challenge. Namely, their two-year-old son Dzan lost a hard battle for life, after being diagnosed with leukemia.

This information was announced on her official Facebook profile by the mother, Amila Gadzun.

“My darling, my lion… Your heart could not endure, I hope your mama will be able to bear this pain for you and your sister. My birds of paradise. I love you,” she wrote in a heartbreaking post.

It should be recalled that Dzan had already started chemotherapy treatment in Sarajevo, and in mid-December, he was urgently transferred to Istanbul, where he continued his therapy.

A few years ago, the family also lost their two-year-old daughter Dzena Gadzun. Dzena Gadzun, a two-and-a-half-year-old girl from Kakanj, in central BiH, passed away on November 14th, 2021, three days after undergoing surgery at a private clinic in Sarajevo to correct a drooping eyelid.
