According to the Cantonal Public Utility Enterprise, new decree on improperly parked vehicles will be applied as of next week.
Namely, a device for blocking wheels will be placed on improperly parked vehicles and drivers will be obliged to pay the penalty.
Sanction will be applied in cases when:
-service user does not pay the parking fee,
-service user does not place the parking ticket on the windshield after parking within ten minutes,
-service user uses parking ticket which is not compatible with the parking zone,
-service user exceeds the allowed parking time and if the preferential ticket is used which is not in accordance with this Decree.
